Directions
Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1-3 tablets 2-3 times daily, 30 minutes before eating, with 16 oz of water. Read entire label before use and follow all directions. Begin use with lower dose to access tolerance. May use in conjunction with cheat tabs. Store at 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F). Protect from heat, light and moisture.
