I was full of energy today and had to remind myself to eat. I was too full to drink the recommended volume of water! I only ate twice today with moderate exercise. I am alittle nauseous but I feel great. I am now 230lbs. I'll continue venom and see where I end up. My longterm goal is to lose 60lbs. Venom is my jumpstart so we'll see....
